Lovely hotel. Immediate surroundings a little difficult to negotiate. All transport links were good once you knew your way about more, but overcrowded!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, gave me a broken bed , refused to fix it, no amenities listed are available , better off going to a hostel

THE LAST DAYS WAS TERRIBLE, EVEN I MADE THE RESERVATION LONG BEFOER THAT.THEY ASKED TO LEAVE THE HOTEL BECAUSE AS THEY CLAIM THEY HAD A ELECTRICAL PROBLEM IN THE FLOOR BUT IT WAS NOT TRUE.

Hotel quality was great. Staff and management very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exultant. Hotel restaurant was great especially Turkish coffee and sweets
was excellent. I loved this place and the entire staff and management. I missed this place and I would love to stay here when I go on vacation. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and very safe area .

The service is very great and the front desk staff responds to our needs and requests very quickly and efficiently and I would like to thank Mr,Turgut Colak and his staff Kammal , Serdar for their support and patience .
