The room location is very bad beside the elevator with too much noisy and the reception staff is not friendly and I asked them for help for the luggage and he said that he don’t have any person

Do not book here. This is the worst hotel we have ever been to. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. They’re very small and dirty. Our room had mold and bed bugs, we tried to communicate with the staff, however, they didn’t speak English. The manager wasn’t helpful. We were supposed to stay 10 nights, we left early and they refused to give us a refund for the days we weren’t going to stay. They also advertised they had laundry services but when we asked for it they said they didn’t have it.
The location is horrible as well.
Do not stay here!!
I left a review through Google and their reply is added in the pictures.
To the manager since I can’t reply to your Google comment: My plans never changed. I stayed in Istanbul that whole time but went to a cleaner and better hotel. The pictures of the room don’t lie and anyone with eyes can see nothing I said is false as it’s backed up with pictures. You can obviously see the disgusting bed bugs and how dirty and moldy your washrooms are.

We know that you wrote this comment because your refund request was rejected due to your own mistake. Reservations are subject to rules and the rules are clear for both parties. It is very shameful for you to write such a derogatory comment just because we follow the rules. If there was an illegal situation, the agency would unilaterally cancel the fee and pay you. So you were wrong. Those who read this review can form an opinion about our hotel by looking at past comments. We are extremely respectful towards all guests. Rooms very Nice and Clean
Bathroom super clean
They give one of the most Lavish Breakfast.
Which may be Standard in Turkey.
But
Having Travelled to 52 Countries GLOBALLY
&
Stayed in ALL Kinde of Hotels
I would say its Excellent.

Only ONE Thing ..they have to
Imprive theor--AC-- Air-conditioning
It does Not cool ..Much ..even on
Highest settings !
For.People from US & EURP It may
