In one of our room we didn’t get the service for changing sheets and pillows cases at all (5 days). The staff was so arrogant and disrespectful to us. I want my money back at least half of it!!! Thank you!

The worse hotel and a rude manager in Istanbul

Our stay at Acar airport hotel istanbul, was a very bad experience. Breakfast very limited and very poor, they couldn't provide milk for breakfast Management really unprofessional and rude. Beds frame not stable and some of them broken. We had to shortened our stay at the Acar airport hotel for another hotel (Halmetbey Hotel)...leaving our full payment behind. Overall, I will never recommend anyone to use Acar Airport Hotel in Istanbul...never again, especially the manager was very unprofessional and rude.

Close and convenient to the airport. Comfortable clean room. Nice hotel breakfast in the morning and friendly helpful staff

The bathroom smells awful… they charged me 180 TL for a burger which is very expensive
