I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it is central for all sightseeing and easy to catch the train to the airport. Hotel was really good, very clean and the staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well worth the extra payment and the view from the restaurant was definitely something.

I booked a deluxe sea view room and there was no sea view (a tiny sliver of water between a building and the bridge). I asked reception and they advised that this is the sea view room. Not good enough - of all the hotels I have ever stayed at, I have never seen a mediocre ‘sea view’ such as this.

Staff was not at all helpful, half of the time they couldn’t understand and didn’t even try to help us even if they could. We booked two rooms but had to end up staying in one room coz the other room had broken window and was too noisy. My friend literally got the window on her still no room change or no credit provided. Went bavk agaib for one night, late check in and key didn’t work for 15 min. Room was too small for two adults.

the window in my room had a big gap on the top. due to a broken window the traffic noise was extremely bad all night, I was unable to go to bed. I mentioned the staff several time, no one helped me or switched my room. the traffic noise was so bad.
