The breakfast was great, and impressively consistent quality every morning and the location was within easy walking distant of several lovely restaurants, and other amenities. "We had a lovely few days in this historic house. Nothing was too much for the owners and the room was so comfortable. We loved the artwork on display in all the rooms and also the old period furniture. It all had a feeling of life some 100 years ago. The gardens were extensive and so quiet. The slightly wild look added to the atmosphere of exploring a garden from bygone years that had been left to its own devices. Would we return one day? Of course we would."
