Even better than home

Lovely B&B. Host is wonderful. They picked us up from the ferry and took us back. Wine in the evening in the sunroom. Our room had a lovely view to the water. They also provided us with breakfast to go for the morning we left for the 6:45 ferry.

Just a sensational accommodation.
Posted 2 Oct 2023 on HotelsJohn and Richard were the consummate hosts. We were expecting great things of Ardoran House and our hosts did not disappoint. Dare I say. They over delivered in spades.
The house was spotless, homely, fresh and modern in a superb location within east walking distance of the ferry wharf from Fionnphort. Our bedroom was very comfortable and the outdoor spa wonderful.
Breakfast was simply perfect.
Our accommodation at Adoran House was one of the best we have experienced in all of our travels.
We’ll be back one day and will be sharing our wonderful experience with family and friends back home in Australia.

First class accommodation with a warm welcome
Posted 19 Jun 2023 on HotelsMy wife and I enjoyed a two night stay at Ardoran House. Richard organised for us to be collected from the ferry pier at no cost. We were made to feel very welcome and Richard was attentive to every detail to make our stay enjoyable. The premises were modern, very clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a glass of wine at 6.00pm and enjoyed two excellent breakfasts during the stay. I would highly recommend a visit to Ardorran house.

Absolutely perfect stay. Richard is so helpful, and Sarah is an amazing chef and gets you to the boat on time. The house is gorgeous, and the owners are terrific. I absolutely recommend!!!

Richard went out of his way to ensure that everything was just right for our stay. He was pleasant as well as professional. Our room in Adoran House was comfortable with a beautiful outlook over the Sound of Iona.

Best b&b stay
Posted 14 Jun 2021 on HotelsProperty was clean and lovely. Richard was one of the highlights of my trip. He was so lovely, helpful when i had logistical challenges and great fun to be around. I told him i dont drink alcohol so he brought me a non alcoholic glass of wine when i was in the hot tub. Breakfast was lovely too. I will be returning!

We had a lovely stay in Iona. Ardoran House was very nice. Richard was wonderful. He even picked some seeds from his garden to give to me. We can recommend this B&B!
