"No valet. No parking upon our arrival. No bellman. Inconsistent in comparison with Toronto properties. Conference took precedent over our check-in. I was asked to wait 15 minutes until they were done helping conference goers with water and soft drink purchases. Very nice concierge. Likely won’t stay here again. "

"Very comfortable well equipped room. Everything worked as it should (pleasantly surprised to have a toaster, kettle & tea pot, dishes/utensils, plus a Keurig style coffee maker). Friendly check-in. Exterior could use a refresh, but no complaints."
