It was ok but there were roaches in the room. They sprayed some kind of chemical, very strong smell. We had to keep the window open for almost 4 - 5 hours

Posted 6 Jan 2022 on HotelsGood hotel, ideally located on Jinnah Avenue. It was my 1st time living in Islamabad for a couple days and it gave me a good chance to explore the city. They are minutes of a drive from Centaurus Mall which has shopping, theater, and a huge food court. Faisal mosque is also a few minutes drive.
Overall great location, can't complain :)
hotel is ideal, has a few major food chains nearby, like Dominoes, Subway, etc.that also deliver to your hotel room.
Our Check-In was quick and smooth, very polite and friendly staff.
Housekeeping kept the room very clean daily.
Room service was very good but their quality of food needs a huge improvement!
The only thing this hotel need to do is remodel its washrooms.
Otherwise we had a real good stay and time.

Rename it Scam and Shambles Hotel
Posted 4 Jan 2022 on HotelsDisgustingly arrogant attitude of hotel staff, from Check-In to Check-Out. No concept of customer service in this hotel. At Check-In was told with a haughty and arrogant pride that they are not an international standard hotel, but a Pakistani standard! OVERCHARGED at CHECKIN – WHTCH OUR FOR THE SCAM TECHNIQUE OF DOUBLE CHARGING.
The accommodation overall is shabby, worn and old, requiring a massive programme of maintenance and upgrading.
No pride in the cleanliness, neatness and just basic quality of fittings, fixtures or amenities. This hotel's staff think its enough to bow at you and salute you to achieve customer service!
First room given to us was DISGUSTING. Not cleaned correctly, hair all over the bathroom, and a blocked shower drain. Asked that they change our room and re-clean it in front of our eyes. The second room was worse - cracked glass in the bathroom door with sharp edges, electric lamps that were not wired correctly and you could see the sparks when switching it on or off. Room heating worked then didn't work - the engineer was called multiple times but could not fix the problem. Not a single tea bag nor a kettle in sight. Bathroom was just OK with rotten and broken mirror frame, sharp edges and a very very worn condition. A generally dirty and grimy floor.
Breakfast was very basic and poor quality, entirely unappetising - and included the obligatory Pakistani habit of cleaning staff mopping the floor around your feet as you are serving yourself!

Average Experience Central Location
Posted 27 Oct 2021 on HotelsThis place is located centrally so you have easy access to pretty much everything in the city but overall offers an average experience in the price they offer. Breakfast has few items that pretty much repeat all days. They were supposed to change our room on day which did not happen till the last day. Overall very slow people.

Service excellent .let me check in 4 hrs early.
Hotel a little run down.old.not maintained well. Ants in the bathroom
.Area good for US embassy and other tourist attractions. Nadra next door ,very congested .
Centurious mall very close ,Really nice cafe Leafology walking distance .

Very rude staff . Didnt accomidate my booking . Staff was rude . Didnt honor my booking . Wasted my time and travel to the hotel. I will never book this hotel again in my life .

Great staff. Clean & spacious bedrooms.
Rooms with mountain view are the best because you get a view of the mountains/hills along with Faisal mosque from your room.
