The vibes were immaculate!! Staff were friendly and so helpful! Live music on the weekend was awesome!

Great location outstanding dining options and a very good staff/customer service oriented. Definitely the place to stay when you visit San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Fyi,our stay was beutiful this hotel is safe, frienly staff beutiful swimming pool beutiful lobby front desk also beutiful and nice and clean rooms when you are here they make you feel like home my wife and i loved.

Hotel overall is nice, with nice casino, nice pool, and service, the only problem we had is, the hotel had alot of teens staying over due to a basketball tournament, and they were disrespectful and making alot of noise, but not all teams just one in particular, which i wont mention what country.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was very nice. IInitially , when you walk in the room , there is a musty smell , but the room was very clean. The has restaurants, a bar, and casino. I would definitely stay again.
