Beautiful property designed with great taste and vision. Love the Mexican traditional features throughout the place and the feel of home from home. Great little community of lovely people and very welcoming ambiance. Very laid back and unpretentious. Absolutely in love with El Milagro and will definitely be back!

Good but could have been better.
Posted 4 Aug 2018 on HotelsGood service from Inga & Eric. Nice hotel with large units. Have Juan prepare a meal for you. Construction waking us up before 8am every morning was a major problem and the Wifi was virtually useless. Also only one cable channel in English. Very cold AC, close to bars/restaurants. No early morning construction, better internet/cable, & it would have been perfect.

Because the guest’s identity is hidden in I am doing my best to guess correctly on which guest this was.
They had booked an upstairs room and when they arrive asked if I had a downstairs room with a view, I had one large downstairs room available that was more money and I explained to them that there was work going on behind it during the day and I would give it to them for the same price they said no worries it would not bother them. We try work until after 10AM when guest is out of the rooms.
I use the same wi-fi that the guest use for all of my business and person email’s and they work just fine, we have 3 different routers and two different wi-fi service one through cable and one through telemex just to ensure that there is always good wi-fi signals, some personal devices are not able to connect to strange IP addresses

We try vey hard to make sure all guest has an enjoyable time and we are always continuing to upgrade and make things better

Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: An elevator for us old folks when get done with a day of snorkeling
Owner Eric, and Mgr. Inga, were great. All of the staff was helpful, and all without the hustle and bustle of a tourist trap hotel. Hotel is located in a very good spot on the island. Snorkel or paddle right from the beach or pier.
The before and after pictures of the hotel are amazing and the vision that Eric had was pretty incredible.

Wonderful Hotel with Private Beach
Posted 29 Jun 2017Our room was beyond exceptional. It was very clean and very roomy. It has a full kitchen separate bedroom with full bath. Two patios short walk to the beach area and pool. Great staff friendly and very helpful. They take great care of you. I highly recommend this Hotel and Marina. They have many activities you can also do. So go and enjoy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Posted 30 May 2017 on HotelsWe truly enjoyed our stay at El Milagro. The staff is kind and responsive and we were well cared for. The room was clean and well equipped with all we needed to cook in the kitchen. They even have a community kitchen and a grill we were welcome to use. The decor is fun and colorful to enhance your tropical stay. We look forward to another opportunity to visit again.
