This properly is comfortable, colorful, and accommodating. The rooms are simple about has character and their service is good. Area felt safe. Note: this place is near the southwest part of the island, convenient to go to Playa Punto Cocos and has beaches just 5 minutes walk. However it’s in the opposite side of the town, the town is about a 25 minute walk.
We went during hurricane season, so the roads to get here were flooded. With a taxi (UTV’s) it’s easy to get there but walking with luggage is tough.

Posted 27 Aug 2024 on HotelsEstuvo todo bien, sólo que no tienes vista ni playa. Es una buena opción si no vas estar mucho en el hotel, ya que es chico y no tienes mucho que hacer ahí. Por lo que si te gusta estar en actividades fuera del hotel es buena opción por el precio y limpieza.

A Tranquil Stay in Holbox
Posted 20 Aug 2024 on HotelsIt was a beautiful stay on the island. In the quieter part so was lovely. Pools were faboulous, room was spacious and clean and staff were lovely and accomodating. We especially loved the resident iguanas!! Breakfast at the beach club was great - I think this is a newish concept as when we were leaving people were starting to be given wristbands and beach towels, something we didnt get. The use of muliple hotels etc was a little confusing but at the same time great. Would definitely reccomend and stay again.

I like that all places to eat are at walking distance, also you can rent a bike to go around the island

Nice boutique hotel, closed to the magnificent beach but a bit far from Holbox town, no shops near by

Nice hotel and location but not a 4 stars for sure

Also, I let them know that this was our first wedding anniversary and there was not even a congrats at check-in.

The area had a recent flood so I don’t think we got the true experience of the area. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The staff was great and attentive to what we needed. Our stay included breakfast which was served at the sister hotel across the street. The food was great and it was very convenient. The closest restaurants are a 15 to 20 minute walk away, the flooding cause several places to be closed down. The one thing to watch out for, on day 1 we found a scorpion in our room. It is a natural area so it’s expected to see different types of bugs and animals. Overall would recommend!
