Very nice. Close to the ferry, the plaza and the beach.

Very disappointed!
Posted 22 Aug 2022 on HotelsThe hotel manager was very disappointing, also we never got things that were supposed to be provided (water, hair dryer, shuttle to the beach)
The shower was terrible...no water pressure at all. It took 10 minutes just to get rinsed off. The shower by the pool was better. None of the taxis knew where the hotel was, we had to tell them
And then we had to walk a block because of the road being ripped out! See pictures

Great location - near the ferry and walking distance to the beach, center, restaurants, etc! Very clean and comfortable. Davide was very helpful with anything we needed and answered all our questions. Can’t wait to come back!

Great option for your stay at Holbox, conveniently located between ferry station and the beach.
Outstanding attention from the staff, Emanuel was great at the front desk as well.
Highly recommended

We loved the Holbox area, but would not stay here again. Too far away from everything, roads always flooded, makes walking difficult.
