Staff was friendly and very helpful and the location is excellent. The coast is a 4min walk and many dining options all around.

Very comfortable bed, lots of amenities in the bathroom. Excellent quality breakfast with lots of variety. Unfortunately, both pools were closed, and we were only informed of this at check in. But the spa was open and staff there were very helpful

Very modern and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable. Food was prepared well and quick to bring to the room. Breakfast was good, large selection.

After the hall, there is nothing of Ramada. Rooms have a good lighting, but the overall the room wear and tear is not taken care of (you see sigarette burns in the armchair of a non smoking room, the glasses are not clean, etc). There was no sanitiser in the room, and it could be scarcely found in the hotel. Guests were allowed to move freely without mask in the premises, elevators and near the buffet (there was a sign and mask but nobody was checking even after protesting, so we stopped having breakfast there), even some of the staff was serving without mask. The quality of breakfast is disappointing, as it was not even possible to have a coffee (they have the coffee machine you find in the petrol stations but it was broken): you could have a sub-brand soluble coffee never heard of. Staff were generally nice and helpful with the bookings and directions (we don't speak Turkish), but basically shrug their shoulders on the covid prevention, blaming it on people's bad habits

It was nice and clean but we found water in the cups and coffee machine which mean they didn’t clean them well.
Normally the bed was comfortable before but this time it wasn’t.
We suffered a lot from air condition it was closing after second when we open
