Comfortable stay
Posted 18 Jan 2022 on HotelsClean new modern apartment located in the heart of Downtown. The staff at reception (day & night shift) were friendly and helpful making our stay memorable. Good knowledge of English which made communication easy. Highly recommended! Thank you guys!!!

It was pretty comfortable. Rooms are clean, reception is reachable and act quickly. Excellent option comparing with other hotels in İskenderun

Not like the photos

Internet was good in one room only, very week and mot stable in the other, and mot working at all in living.
My booking was for 2 Adults and 2 teenagers, and although the site said that 1+1 can accommodate us all but it hardly can accommodate 3 so they had to move me to 2+1 apartment for the first 3 nights out of my total 6 nights, after that they wanted to move me to the smaller apartment that can’t accommodate is so I had to cancel my remaining days and move out.
Emre there is the only English speaking person and he’s nice and helpful
They don’t accept international credit cards and you have to pay in cash
Just make sure before booking that the room can accommodate your family as the photos and information on the site are totally miss leading.

First of all, thank you very much for your evaluation, sir. We made the necessary explanation of the problem you are experiencing during your stay. The reservation you have made is valid for our 1+1 room. Since we didn't have any vacancies, we provided you with a higher-priced 2+1 room. When you requested an extension after your stay was over, we had to transfer you to the room you created, namely 1+1. When you wanted to stay in 2+1 for 1+1 room price, we declared that we could not accept this because the prices of the rooms are different.
