A clean and well maintained hotel.
The room was spacious and clean. Comes with a small kitchenette.
Beds were firm and comfortable and the air-con was good.
Complimentary toiletries were comprehensive.

EXCELLENT still New hotel in Johor
Posted 9 Aug 2024 on HotelsSolo traveller from SG: Last minute decision for an overnight staycation after long ride from North Malaysia coming back down to Singapore.
Decided to spend a night in Johor to rest up before heading back.
Booked the hotel late at night within 20-30mins reached the lobby about midnight.
PARKING: 10/10
The security told me that hotel guests are allowed to park their MOTORBIKE at the front porch in front of lobby - for hotel guests checking in. (A SUPERB relief on vehicle safety for riders).
FRONT DESK / Check-in: 9/10
> They were already standing by my last minute booking, just needed passport to verify. Superb service by Ms Intan.
> Only thing left out was explaining where the pool, gym & restaurant location was.
ROOM: 8.5/10
> Very Spacious
> Nice comfy king-size bed
> Clean toilet with abundant toiletries + hair dryer
> Iron board, safe & hangars available
> ONLY missed out on the top up of the body wash liquid (totally empty @ room #702)
FACILITIES: 9/10
> Gym dumbbell till 25kg with 2 benches
> sufficient cable & cardio machines
> Ample swimming pool space with towel provided
CHECK OUT: 10/10
> needed some extra time to re-organize, asked for 1/2 hr extension but the hotel gave an hour. Plenty of time for me not to rush out.
Good job Sunway Hotel team, kudos!

3rd time staying. Pleasant place and staff. Very convenient location and there are shopping options too!
