They treat you like family there and are quick to help. "Ein sehr süßes und sauberes Hotel in ruhiger naturreicher Lage. Zu Fuß nur wenige Minuten bis ins Zentrum von Arco. Super Parkmöglichkeiten mit ausreichend Platz. Der Frühstücksraum ist über einen Zugangscode rund um die Uhr zugänglich, daher hat man 24h Zugang zu Wasser, Kaffee, Tee und Snacks. Auf dem Balkon gab es so Liegesäcke, super bequem zum Ausspannen. Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel."
