Impressive lobby and facade of hotel. The good thing about this hotel is there is free bar with drinks and nuts for limited hours for guests. If you are allocated a room at the new wing, then you will have a decent room. Hence, please ensure you pick the room correctly. Walked passed the corridor of the old rooms and it feels wierd as it is such a mismatch. The 5th floor where the washing machine n dryer are placed are so quiet scary. Also it has a stench as there is no ventilation. The little open bath is small and has a short entrance, where you have to bend to get in. The rooms were heated via central controlat this time of the year. Thankfully, the staff helped to turn it off for our room, but still we felt hot and had to open the window to cool the room. Maybe the hotel should not be controlling the temperature of the room centrally as everyone has different preference and tolerance for heat or cold.

We always come up with ideas how to make this better so we hope that such refurbishment is conducted little by little. Anyway, thank you for your comment. Only lobby area looks good. The room condition is so outdated and unclean and public bath area doesn't look sanitary. I'll never stay at the hotel again.

not close to train station , but can take a bus for 2 -3 stops , which is acceptable Staffs are nice . The area around is quiet but serval nice restaurants nearby

ウェルカムサービスの飲み物が充実していて嬉しい。 大浴場の着替えるところが、土足なのかよく分からなかったので、そこだけ改善してほしい。
