Overall, not too bad. At least in my experience, the guy in charge did the best he could. Good news first. The property did have a pool, washer, dryer and a cool space behind. Your own rooms are protected with door codes that are given to you by the owner to make sure nothing will be stolen. He also came over to ask me if I needed anything. Now the bad news. Unfortunately, the room I was in was infested with insects. The common area also had a lot of bugs in there. There were dead bugs floating on the pool.
Overall, not too bad. I wish the place was cleaner.
One more thing. You may have to share the common area with a roommate.

WARNING. You might think you found the perfect place for cheap, but you are wrong. The property does not look anything like in the pictures.
The pool is in ANOTHER building that you have to walk about a mile to go to. And the Kitchen is not private, it is shared with other residents. As well as the bathroom.
The front door is only able to be opened if there's someone already else inside.
The property has loose animals including an Ostrich and there's a terrible smell of chicken poop.
The owners live on the top floor with a noisy barking dog. Also, they charge you a hidden cleaning fee TWICE.
I ended up not staying my whole paid week, I gave back the key and left to another Hotel. Also did I mention I was not given the code to my room? And when I called multiple times no one answered until I had left in my car? The other people staying also mentioned that the owners would come by drunk.
Please, Just pay extra for a nicer more trustworthy place.

Booked, had Itinerary # but no availability!

Worse part is that I drove 2 1/2 hours from San Juan to Aguadilla to get to the Jobos Luxury Hotel, which is not your traditional hotel but instead a 2-story building with a few apartments. Note there is no “Checkin” desk. I had to search for a phone number (not easy to find) to be told no availability even though I had an itinerary number! The person said they didn’t see it at first, then said it’s Hotel.com who did not send it?? This was a horrible experience for me, my husband who had a knee replaced And had to endure all the hours in the car and my 2 family members. After speaking with someone named “Chris”, I got snap shots of what they call the Cancelation, however it says it’s cancelled due to “customer satisfaction”. That is not true, it’s because there was no availability! I should be refunded the entire amount plus extra for having to drive back to SJ to stay.

We are sorry you feel this way but you checked in the place stayed and then tried to cancel the next day. We gave you a choice of which unit you wanted and you did a walk through and confirmed everything was good. If you did not like the location you should have been clear when making the reservation.

The petting zoo was fun and unique.The place and the pool was very clean, and the hosts were very friendly. Would stay again.

This is a scam. Was advertised another property he owns but the one in the pictures is not where I stayed. It’s an old nursing home he turned into what is essentially a hostel with a private room. Shared bathroom that has no hot water and is so gross and dirty. A shared kitchen that has no running water or working stove/oven. The TV in the room doesn’t work. There’s also a large amount of geese and an emu on the property that are very noisy. After I checked in I couldn’t get ahold of the owner to ask why the stove didn’t work. He never responded to my texts or calls. Feels very unsafe too. Do not stay here.

We are sorry you feel this way but it is very clear what you booked on your reservation it say shared bathroom and kitchen. IT also says we handicapped accesability and we accommodate everyone’s needs. For feeling unsafe the building has cameras in all the common areas for security. You just wanted a full apartment which we offered you for the price of 250.00 a night. Your room booking was 75.00 dollars a night Yes we have have a little petting zoo for the kids to feed the ostergies and geese. We also have a pool and jacuzzi and barbecue for the family to enjoy.
