Amazing spot. Nice upper deck that’s a great a lot to hang out in the evenings. Central to the town of Vieques. The owner, Gina, goes above and beyond to offer what you need to have a good time.

This is a good place to stay if you are looking for a budget/cheap hotel. This is more like an Airbnb place and there is not enough information provided regarding the place on the website. This is the only hotel in the neighborhood and I recommend you to stay at Esperanza. We were not provided with comforters and were given bed sheets to use as comforters. The bed was not at all comfortable and we had trouble sleeping all night.

Thank you for staying with us, we are sorry you were disappointed in your stay, we are a budget guesthouse with a great location. Clean bedsheets and fresh shower towels is what we provide. Here in the Caribbean with warm temperatures most local people sleep very well with only sheets, it is not cold enough for a need of a blanket here in the Caribbean. Your choice in each room is to use ceiling fans or air conditioners, when using air conditioners we prefer our guests increase the temperature if they are too cold and or use the fans again we apologize if your stay was disappointing

thank you for staying at the vieques good vibe guest house and hostel, and thank you for supporting vieques puerto rico tourism many businesses are still recuperating from the severe hurricane maria. The staff tries to keep everything super clean and we are proud to say we are very affordable, your stay was during Christmas week and we were sold out so please people were coming and going at all hours I apologize and we also do a daily clean of all the common areas, again thank you for your stay and please come back

The good vibe house was excellent, a 5 minute walk to the ferry and Playa Cristal. Very clean, nice and affordable. Definetly will stay there again.

The house was fine. I didn't really care for the neighborhood and there was only on-street parking. This is more of a hostel feel- 3 rooms with multiple beds, 1 shared kitchen, 1 shared bathroom- at least in the downstairs area. I don't know about the upstairs rooms. The owner was very friendly and offered to give dancing lessons, gave us advice for fun places to see, etc. The 'pool' is very, very small- more hot tub sized. It did have wi-fi, which was nice. This wouldn't be an ideal place for couples looking for a romantic getaway- not a lot of privacy or quiet. I stayed with 2 close friends and we were just fine. Every room locked and it was very safe.

Posted 13 Mar 2017The only good thing about this hostel is that the price is affordable. Other than that, we were not happy staying there. There was no hot water for the shower, the space between the bunk beds was so small, the owner was a nice lady but the taxi driver seemed to care a lot more about money than service, he did not pick up calls when we have informed him in advance about our requests, and charged us more than he was supposed to. We had to go back to the owner after we checked out to get the money back.

On behalf of new mgmt, we would like to apologize if your stay was disappointing and not what you had anticipated, There are 3 bathrooms on site 2 with hot water and 1 with cold water many locals prefer to shower with cold water here in the Caribbean as the temperature can be a bit hot, taking a hot shower with a sun burn can be a painful experience and that is why we offer a shower with only cold water, we are sorry about your taxi experience unfortunately we have know control over the taxis
