"We needed a place to stay that was near the airport because our flight from Europe had an overnight connection. This hotel worked great! They had free shuttle service that we used both directions. They had a delicious hot breakfast (bacon and hash browns). The bed was very comfortable. "

"First time staying at the Dallas location and I loved it! I was attending a concert and checked in for a short staycation. I booked this hotel because its so close to everything i wanted to see, do, and the Maxwell concert. I ordered room service, food didn't seem as fresh as i would expect, seemed more like fast food quality. The housekeepers also need to do a better job of cleaning these showers, and that includes ALL hotels. No matter where I go I find hair all over the floor tiles, so I always bring my own cleaning supplies, yuck. Parking in the garage was easy and they have security. Overall I loved my stay and will definitely be back. "

"Great location in the middle of downtown Dallas. Looks like sheets and towels were changed daily. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Room lacked a fridge, mini-fridge instead, although I believe you can request a fridge. I loved the look of the main elevator not soo much the ride. Overall very pleased with my stay and would recommend. "
