The hotel and staff itself was great! It was our first time traveling with our little dogs and the hotel was perfect for it. We did self parking and the valet staff that validated our tickets were so kind and friendly. Our only thing we didn’t love was the paid parking and the distance from the garage to the hotel….that being said, we knew all of that prior to booking so not really a complaint.

The property and staff were great! I loved all the dining around the area. Parking options were close and nice. The issue I have with this property is regarding the bathroom fans. The fans are loud and stay on "all the time" - I turned off the AC thinking it was making the noise, but I continued to hear the loud noise. It kept me up all night and I found it hard to sleep. The bathroom door is a sliding glass door which does nothing for sound-proofing that nonstop fan. If you are a light sleeper or need silence to sleep, this is not the place.

David who works during the graveyard shift was very accommodating and helped out a lot. The staff was very friendly and understanding when I wanted to stay a few more nights.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a Tesla charging station in the parking garage. Overall I enjoyed my stayed but the room floor was a bit dirty as if it hadn’t been vaccumed. Other than that it was nice. Great dining options too.

The furnace was really loud, it was either that or freeze.

Booked a balcony room but when I got there I found out I was scammed. Spoke to the manager Dominick and his best solution was “I can cancel your reservation if you’d like.” Ohh really, cancel an order different from what I placed? What a favor! Solid customer service. I only stayed because I didn’t have a choice in that moment. Make sure to verify everything they claim, they will lie through their teeth if you give them the opportunity. Go here if you’re into this kind of service.

Perfect location for us while visiting our daughter. We travel with 2 dogs and property us very dog friendly. Plus the hard surface floors gave me extra confidence in the cleanliness of the room, with no scent for my dogs to pick up. Staff is friendly. Convenient and close parking garage. Reasonably priced.
