"First time at a Hyatt House. Lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Kitchen/bar staff friendly and attentive. We ordered food from the kitchen for a quick meal -- fresh sandwiches, large portions, with good fries. The room was clean and comfortably appointed. Though we didn't have a use for it this time, I liked that there was a guest laundry on-site. Since we were just visiting for a quick appointment in town we didn't rent a car for the visit so didn't explore the area. The hotel seemed to be in a business area...not sure about walkable shopping/dining. Though it was a last minute booking -- we chose it for proximity to airport, courtesy shuttle option and complimentary breakfast (early flight) -- we were more than pleasantly surprised with the property. I'd book again for future visits. Nice proximity to SNA/John Wayne Airport. We chose it in part for the "

"Great place to stay for work or vacation. Full kitchen and very good work desk. Room was spacious and clean. Plus they were very welcoming to our dog! Our only issue was that some food items took a while to be refilled when empty, and same with plates, bowls but our stay was over Thanksgiving so it may have been a staffing issue. Would definitely stay here again. "
