Very basic rectification here and there, small upgrading of some appliances and faster services with more staff would better align the property with its historic value and justify its high pricing.

Probably the best place to stay in Kingston, far from the city center and up a long winding road but it’s worth it.

The location of the property is breathtaking and the food is good. Overall the staff and service is fair. the front desk staff needs improvement in communication about the checking and checking out process. However, the restaurant staff was courteous and helpful. Especially, Roxine who went above and beyond.
