Excellent service, respectful staff, overall a good experience. The complimentary breakfast was also very good

Everything was great about our stay except 2 items 1 was getting to the hotel just too many turns to get into the hotel, and the water temperature in the shower either we would get freezing cold or hot we never got a steady balance of water temperature.
