Pésimo hotel, no hagan reservación con ellos, está cerrado y cuando piden el reembolso no se hacen responsables tengo mes y medio esperando que me hagan el rembolso de un hotel que se anuncia y está cerrado 😡😡😡

No Class, No comfort
Posted 22 Nov 2019 on HotelsThis hotel is falling apart. A horrible place to stay for even the slightest bit of comfort required. Not family friendly or business class oriented one bit!!! The shower heads in the bathrooms are all broken, spraying water everywhere while you shower.

8 rooms, 5 nights down the drain
Posted 22 Nov 2019 on HotelsThis hotel is in horrible condition and offers very little for the guest as far as comfort. The beds have old linens, old pillows, and a cot style mattress. The bathrooms are compact with little space to get ready and the shower heads leak leaving the entire bathroom space completely drenched after one shower. My specific room had a clicking noise coming from a vent that went on for 24 hrs without stopping. I couldn't sleep a wink. I do not recommend anyone to stay here and I certainly DO NOT recommend HOTELS.COM any longer for anyone. They did not help us fix the situation with our reservations at this hotel. They were notified of the horrific conditions and still will not credit us for any of the nights we prepaid for out long stay. As horrible as the hotel was I think Hotels.com is just as liable.

This is an awful hotel. food was horrible, even the lady at the frontdesk suggested to better find a restaurant. Towels had stains and were ripped. Beds only had one blanket and when asked for another blanket as it was really cold at night, they said they didn't have any more. I had to sleep with my clothes on. when I open the faucet to brush my teeth, the water was dirty yellow. the matress had stains as well. At the moment the hotel was the headquarters for Federales, knowing security issues in Mexico, this iwas a riks for my security. really bad hotel.
