Chovia quando chegamos. O hotel nĆ£o tem Ć”rea de desembarque coberta. E nem guarda-chuvas para nos emprestar. Encharcamos. No interior do hotel, goteiras por toda parte. Piso molhado e escorregadio. Baldes e mais baldes para aparar a Ć”gua. A piscina interna, de Ć”gua quente, Ć© verdadeira gambiarra. Fecharam um corredor e encheram de Ć”gua. Uma piada. E nos quartos, o inacreditĆ”vel: o banheiro (chuveiro, lavatĆ³rio e o bacio) Ć© separado do quarto por um biombo de meia altura. Imagina o cheiro quando alguĆ©m estĆ”... Muitos mosquitos sobrevoando impunemente o bufe. NĆ£o recomendo.

Para passar um final de semana, mas pode melhorar.
Quanto a estrutura: o hotel tem 4 ofurĆ“s (na sexta 2 estavam disponĆ­veis, 1 com a Ć”gua esquentando) (no sĆ”bado os 4 estavam disponĆ­veis, 2 esquentando) 1 piscina tĆ©rmica de tamanho mediano, porĆ©m deslocada, entre os prĆ©dios e sem cobertura e 2 piscinas com Ć”gua a temperatura ambiente. O quarto com tamanho satisfatĆ³rio, roupas limpas, cama confortĆ”vel e bons travesseiros, chuveiro nota 10 com Ć”gua quente/fria, porĆ©m o banheiro tinha um mau cheiro (escutei os mesmos comentĆ”rios de outros hĆ³spedes) e havia um ā€œcondensadorā€ do ar condicionado colocado do lado de fora que fazia barulho a noite toda. CafĆ© da manhĆ£ excelente, farto e saboroso. Jantar de sexta-feira, havia somente um tipo de carne (pequenos bifes secos) e a comida em geral nĆ£o estava quente. AlmoƧo de sĆ”bado faltou galeto e nĆ£o houve reposiĆ§Ć£o. Qto as bebidas sĆ£o oferecidas Skol, Brahma e Bohemia em latinha. Chopp artesanal pro malte (muito bom). Uns 5 tipos de drinks. Espumante (um por casal) e vinho (nĆ£o tomamos). Os colaboradores sĆ£o atenciosos, educados, cordiais e prestativos, nota 10. Em geral achei que para um local que se diz sistema tudo incluĆ­do deveria nos horĆ”rios entre as refeiƧƵes disponibilizar algo para petiscar. TambĆ©m poderia incluir no cardĆ”pio de bebidas uma cerveja de maior qualidade (puro malte) e maior variedade de drinks. Acredito que vai melhorar em tudo, pois tem potencial e o proprietĆ”rio esteve todos os dias no local.

O preƧo do balcĆ£o era muito inferior ao cobrado pelo aplicativo. Com o valor pago poderia ter ficado em um quarto com banheira e ainda sobrava cento e cinquenta reais. Um abuso! AlĆ©m disso o hotel prometia hospedagem de resort e nĆ£o tinha nada! A alimentaĆ§Ć£o era terrĆ­vel, muita mosca no bufĆŖ. NĆ£o tinham nenhum atrativo. Um verdadeiro fiasco. Total decepĆ§Ć£o.

O hotel tem instalaƧƵes limpas e adequadas. O lugar Ć© bonito. Deixou-nos desejar na qualificaĆ§Ć£o dos funcionĆ”rios. Os mesmos precisam apresentar os serviƧos o disponibilizados.
