the receptionist is so not friendly and not attentive at all. she said that i have not made any booking when she is the one who did not made proper check. the check-in process is not smooth because of the receptionist lady and she is having hearing problem. it is annoying to wait for the receptionist lady to finish chatting with her friend/ bf on the phone for movie reservation before she process my check in.

Posted 20 Nov 2019 on HotelsWe arrived around 8pm that day. The hotel is situated in a secluded area. The receptionist was kind to place parking coupon for our car. Small room but clean sheets and toilet.
