Nice homestay near good food
1. Second time here. 2. Strategic location near Ipoh town. 3. Walking distance to big tree trunk Yong tou Foo and biscuit shop. Plenty food stalls downstairs. 4. Hostel on top of restaurant. Need to climb stairs. All shared bathroom.

Dirty, creepy, bad beds and flyers inside maybe, no air conditioning and no-one in the lobby for check in/out... Just very cheap so only for emergency.
