The staff were friendly and helpful, they informed me that I had mistakenly paid for two people instead of one, though they refused to return the exra money. The room they gave me was clean but very old and it didnt look like the photos I had seen on the website. Also, it had no balcony because the rooms you see on the website are the ones located in front of the building but the ones on the back are much more gloomy and they are older. The room was quite clean though. The breakfast was excellent and you could have it on the terrace, overlooking the city of one. And the hotel was placed in a good location in the city. Wouldn't go back there though.

Good service, but noisy

The service was great. They were very helpful to address any concerns. But the walls were very thin (we could hear the television and coughing from neighboring rooms very easily). The nearby mosque was very loud, and there was a loud machine creating a rumbling sound on and off throughout the night. We switched to an interior-facing room, which was better. But we ended up switching to a different hotel.

The staff of the non-native language did not know and it was difficult to communicate with them.
