Property was great. Our room was clean, comfy beds. Although it’s practically on top of the train station, noise was not a problem. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

I found the staff very helpful. Always there to advise. Food and drink very nice. Cant wait to return. Enjoyed our trip D & E Coaches to cruise on Loch Ness

The parking nearby was not bad but you have to pay for it. And the taxi drivers are very rude when you are dropping off your luggage or packing up to go in the small front lot. However, the lobby is beautiful and this is so close to everything in Inverness. So the location can't be beat, and the front entrance is stunning. Parking isn't bad, just costs money. The attached restaurant is pretty good, and the option for breakfast was nice. The room okay -- somewhat small but not a bad place to rest. The TV did not offer much in terms of programming.
