The room was ok, although it did have a lovely view of the river and it was nicely located. The front desk clerk seemed indifferent and she seemed like she was trying to talk us out of breakfast at the hotel. You can strongly smell Indian food throughout the building, so that may bother some. All in all, it was fine and met our needs. We were there for 1 night only.

No parking not even space for 1 motercycle,
Local parking has restrictions, no free parking.

Older house with restaurant on first floor. Perfect location to walk downtown Inverness. Beautiful view of river ness, castle and cathedral. You can park at cathedral. Room was decent size and clean. Would need a little update but all very clean. Breakfast was good

This place is awesome. Only issue was the shower. Impossible to adjust the water température. Cold as Artic, hot as Volcano.

This property is old with some cheap renos done so far. Could not get the shower to turn on and was worried to break something.
