The location was great, right on the Loch and an amazing view from our room.

Fantastic friendly staff. Our evening meal was incredible and made it a special stay and if you are a lover of Whisky they have plenty options to choose from. The room was cozy but needed some fixing. The door frame was broken which looked like from forcing the door open. And the shower was the main concern that had a crack in the tray and the floor felt soft. We took one shower and didn’t shower the second day as we were worried about putting a foot through the floor. Reception alerted, but didn’t seem to concerned. Overall we did really enjoy the stay at the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate on staying here again.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast and Dinner were delicious. Even though the rooms are small they are very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was updated. Would definitely recommend it.

Check in was quick and easy. The friendly staff was very helpful and there is a lovely view of Loch Ness from the dining room.

Good service and breakfast was very nice, everyone one was very welcoming from the receptionist even to the house keeping staff , especially house keeping head carol.

Other than the giant house spider in the bathroom, it was a great stay.
Loved the Nutella hot chocolate in the restaurant
