No bad room was dusty pretty standard staff were lovely

Only one complaint: there were no electrical outlets anywhere near the bed. Plenty on the desk across the room, but no way to charge multiple devices that might be needed during the night without getting out of bed to do so.

Nice hotel located in a great area of downtown Inverness, lovely staff and nice accommodations.

Very small bed coverings. The heater barely heated the room. It was very noisy. However, it is very centrally located, close to both the train and bus station.
