Fantastic hotel. Check-in was easy. Parking was a few blocks away. There is a nice mall just about next door to the hotel. Sports bar has a nice menu of appetizers and full lunch and dinner items. Laundry was a plus.

Reasonably old hotel but modernised enough to be quiet and comfortable. Being right in town made it easy to get around.

Hotel is well located near the centre of Dunedin. Room was spacious and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Buffet breakfast was adequate. Parking was not on-site, but in Wilson’s Parking around the corner
