Highly recommend this small hotel in a great location in St Malo. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. It is just a few steps from the city wall, and they have parking at a reasonable fee. Loved staying here!

Very difficult to access
No amenities but understandable as it’s inside a fortress

Good morning, Thanks for your comment, indeed, we are in the historic old town of Saint-Malo, but we propose to each guest to park in front the hotel in order to drop off their luggages, then 2 options : Or you park your car in our private parking or we show you on a map the differents areas where you can park on the public parking. Pretty good hotel. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room overall is comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was delicious. Parking is available outside and if requested you can reserve a spot in the garage. Small complaint is that the toilet was not cleaned after our first night, we had to go down to the service desk and ask. However, toilet was kept cleaned after. Overall a solid hotel and not to expensive.

Lovely little place in St .Malo .
Our hosts were kind , room was clean and comfy and breakfast the next morning was quite good

St Malo vidit
Posted 5 Oct 2024 on HotelsThe street was blocked by construction so we had a terrible time getting to it. Then the parking was a nightmare. Very tight. The room was tiny and up several flights of stairs. Once parked the town was delightful.

Good morning Mrs Moore,We would like to thank you for your message . Street was blocked but it was exceptionnal., and only for one day and unfortunately your arrival day. Parking is something very rare in St Malo and due to the small streets and old buildings all street and infrastructures are small. We propose if preferred to park the car for you, as well as bring luggages to your room. ( there is only two stairs ) . You asked for a reduce price for parking, and we did it. There are several parking solutions in Saint Malo, Price is the same depending of your stay. We offer a solution at 21 euros per day, but an underground garage closed. We ae happy that you enjoyed the city.With our best regards.

Charming place inside the walled area of the old city. The only problem was the “shower”. In a spacious bathroom there was only a tub with a hand held shower attachment. No mount for it and no tub surround , curtain or anything to keep water confined to the tub. We ended up just taking a bath in the tub, a risky enterprise for anyone for whom climbing in and out of a slippery tub is not easy. Or safe.
