"Beautiful property! Clean and safe with good customer service. There were some unexpected water disruptions, but they kept guests up to date with everything. Our room was spacious but could have done with some more cutlery. However, we just called and asked for whatever we needed and they didn’t delay to send whatever was requested up. This was our second time here and we will definitely be back. "

"Being that it was still under construction when i stayed in 2025, it was fairly clean and well put together. My room had a beautiful bathroom and sleeping area. The hotel is located near.many food places that are within 15 min walk or less. Staff was helpful and accommodating to my needs even after i checked out. My only issue was the pool and hot tub seemed a but dirty. I know its hot in florida but after all the walking we did at the parks i would have liked to soak my feet and legs."
