"first off, my room was advertised as a pool view room & it was not. my view was all trees/shrubs. i walk in, the smoke detector is on the floor. horrible lighting situation. don’t even get me started. toilet so low to the ground, i’m short but good god it’s like it was made for a child. speaking of toilets, it was backed up. as was every single room that told me go check & it should be fine. 5 rooms. i ran around the hotel to check em out. she sent me out there to look knowing good and well that they’re ALL backed up, she “didn’t know what to tell me” & did not inform me of the back up until i asked if there’s anyone else complaining about this. one of the toilets in a room i was sent to was even leaking water on the floor. not to mention the sad excuse for water pressure in every room. rooms smelled musty too. couldn’t get the smell out, lingered on some of my stuff. i left early & had to book another hotel the night before i departed orlando. it was my fiancés gift and a vacation for us both that we do not get very often and this place absolutely sucked. messed up all my plans. definitely not what was advertised. i would only recommend this place to someone i truly hated. 0/10 stars."
