My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff, including the manager, were incredibly rude and untrained, with no basic customer service skills. They didn’t listen to customers, and I had to call multiple times (2-4 times) just to get any assistance, which they often forgot about.The property had several serious issues. There was a persistent, bad smell around the building, likely due to a sewer backup. To make matters worse, I found blood stains on my duvet, which was both disturbing and unacceptable.Parking was another major problem. The property has very limited parking spaces, and if you arrive late and the parking is full, you’re left to find a place on your own, which was very inconvenient.Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
