Staff were friendly and helpful, location is excellent - only a 20min walk from Interlaken Ost or even shorter from Interlaken West

The hotel is very good value for money with clean and tidy rooms,comfortable bed and pillows and good shower and bathroom appointments.There is a lift in the building.
Breakfast is included with lots of options.
A pizza restaurant is downstairs.I did not eat there but the aroma from the kitchen was lovely.
