Very cute place but definitely on the older side and not updated. Location is great but not as close to the train as other options. The people were fantastic and very welcoming.

Location was great, rooms and common areas needs updating....carpets looked very outdated and decor was minimal....property has lots of potential ~ could and should be the crown jewel!

Our room was beautiful. I loved the Spa & fitness center as well. Staff was very nice & helpful.

WOW! This is really the only place to stay in Interlaken. The property is beautiful inside and out! The picture does not do it justice. Be taken back to a time of opulence and service. The free breakfast buffet is delicious and extensive. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Both the lady at the front desk and the concierge went out of their way to help my husband and I. The concierge even walked outside to the edge of the property to show us exactly where to walk to go to the boat tour! Best concierge ever! Our balcony overlooked the main street and was so fun to sip hot chocolate on while watching the town go by. The mini bar is free also. I cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Even though we have a normal room, we still able to see the mountain from the opening window. Location is right on the water , and a bit of out the central which is 5 minutes walking distance. Breakfast offer a variety of options. My favorite are the juices choice !
