Thank you for taking the time for a feedback. Since our hotel is located in a building from 1465 we had to go with the original rooms and their capacity. Beautiful old yet modern hotel right in the pedestrian area of Innsbruck. Check in was easy, even a welcome drink (beer) was offered! Room was very modern with a balcony. Modern fixtures, bed was superb. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. As with many European hotels, had to a walk a few blocks to parking.

We stayed 2 nights and noticed the first night the air conditioner didn’t work. We opened the windows but it was loud outside due to the proximity to the bars.
Bed was not comfortable, mattress felt like foam and not the good memory foam style.
The shower looked to have mold in the tile grout.
The pictures that the property share do not represent it accurately.
Truly I feel like we got one of the more run down rooms. It felt like it was in need of renovations With it being low season (October) I was not expecting to be put in the room we ended up in.

This hotel was wonderful. Located on the busy centre, it was close to every amenity. The room was spacious, with very roomy and comfortable bathroom. The staffe was beyond helpful. Breakfast had everything you need to start your day. The main reception/lounge was a lovely place to spend time. Would stay again.

You can not find better location! Next to golden roof. Comfortable room and bed. Delicious breakfast. Will stay again if back in town.

The hotel was remodeled a few ago from a quaint tyeolean hotel to a more modern decor. Great if you like gray with black fixtures. Will not be staying there again
