Strong cigarette smell made for poor sleep
Posted 1 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe place would actually be great if not for the very strong smell of cigarette smoke. It made me feel ill so I didn’t sleep well all week. I was in the single room (I think they only have one of those) and it was only inside my actual room that it smelled. Not everyone is as sensitive as me, but to me it smelled like a bar before new laws against indoor public smoking. When I told the owners this, they actually said “no one has ever complained about this before and our cleaning person doesn’t smoke.” In effect telling me I was imagining it, which was pretty rude and dismissive. If you are sensitive to it like I am, don’t stay here. It’s really powerful. Otherwise, it was clean and served me well. There’s a coffee pot and electric kettle and dishes including a knife and cutting board, so I could make breakfast and pack a lunch.

Thank you for your rating.As we have already written to you, we personally check every room and every apartment before the guests arrive and we did not detect any smell of cigarette smoke. After your report, we checked the room again and couldn't find anything there either.We have told you that we have never had any problems with this and that our employees do not smoke, to make it clear to you that this odor nuisance cannot come from us - and we actually checked the room again! - and didn't just dump you with that remark.It's a shame when actual efforts to help someone are documented like this and anonymously too!Nevertheless, kind regards from Innsbruck,Sabine Stubenböck

Apartamento pequeno, mas muito bem aparelhado e bem localizado. Em dezembro tinha um quintal coberto de neve que era ótimo. Equipe de atendimento excelente, com farto material sobre a cidade e facilidades para o turista. A cidade é ótima
