Great location and friendly staff. We were in the separate location across the road which did not have any reception/the public were able to walk in so the security was not good. The roof terrace/bar was not open

The staff were wonderful- friendly and kind. Always eager to help when I had questions and went out if their way to make my stay great.
Lovely toiletries, bathrobe and slippers.
Very quiet room and super comfortable bed. Slept very well here.
Rooms slightly on the small side and there is no room service.

Very beautiful rooms, conveniently located. Staff was helpful, but did give bad directions to our dinner. Local restaurants that staff sent us to were good, but there was some difficulty with service. Had we stayed longer we would likely have gone for Chinese instead.
