The room seemed to get either really cold or really warm. We had difficulty controlling the temperature.

We did not get a room upgrade but we were given a very nice bottle of red win, the check in was very nice and friendly. We were given great assistance during our stay and the receptionist was very help organising g a taxi to the sirport

Everything is good except the room is too small

Hotel is spotless and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Location was great would definitely stay again.

Lovely little hotel which offered great access to sightseeing, transport and food. Only main issue was a singular pillow and no complementary water but this is a pretty mundane issue.

We have a nice pillow menu, it is a pity that you did not have the chance to share your concern on the spot. Additionally, let me inform you that in Hungary, we are blessed with high quality drinkable tap water, we all drink it regularly. We think providing other benefits, like the complimentary in-room coffee/tea making facilities are more favourable than the free daily water.
