"Checked in a little earlier and the lady at the desk was extremely helpful and flexible. Breakfast ends at around noon and check out time can be extended if needed. Breakfast was amazing and extra points for them being so flexible. The room was clean, comfortable and big! Would come back again."

"Eine fantastische Unterkunft. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für unsere Durchreise nach Kroatien gebucht und es war ein großartiger Zwischenstopp. Man hat das Gefühl, man sei in Italien. "This place was amazing. We were within walking distance of the train station. The apartment and room were beautiful. There was great coffee, lots of snack, water and an amazing breakfast that had something that everyone would enjoy. The place was exactly like the picture. A super sweet woman named Franchesca met us at the apartment to welcome us and let us in. She gave us some info about Nice and the surround area with stores, restaurants, and bars. One note be sure and get a hold of the place...

"I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the annoying noise from a nearby air extractor or air conditioning unit which disturbed my sleep on my last night in...
