"The apartment was basic, which is what we were expecting. We were not expecting it to be dirty. Crockery was dirty, side tables had coffee ring stains, lamps dusty. The shower screen was filthy, the bathroom mirror had splotches all over it. A sign stated customers are expected to clean up after themselves (wash dishes, empty rubbish etc) which is fine, but you need to check that these things have actually been done. Just because crockery and glasswear is in the cupboard doesn’t mean it has...

"We stay here as it is very convenient being near to our son and family and have done so many times. Apartment is pretty well equipped but decour in some areas could do with a bit of refurbishment. Staff friendly and efficient, good easy instructions for out of hours arrival."
