If you are going to stay at this property do not book ahead as it is impossible to get a refund under any circumstance. Very strict rules are enforced by the administration.

Dear guest,Thank you very much for your review. When you booked your hotel room, you took advantage of our early bird discount. This price offer includes a reduced overnight rate and in return cannot be canceled and must be paid in advance. You have therefore taken advantage of this rate and are now complaining about the associated conditions that were made known to you when you booked. Convenient business hotel close to stadium and exhibition halls, nice staff.
BUT the room was old, smell from sink, and expensive parking of 28 eur per night
