Very nice hotel.. The bar area & dining room was very convenient as we didn’t have a car to go somewhere for food. Very close to a nice shopping area & plenty of restaurants close by.
Room was good size, bed was great, bathroom was perfect.

Looked clean but roach crawling on bathroom floor this morning and not one USB outlet in the whole room!!!’ Come on people it’s 3024!!!

We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience, and it is clear that we fell short in your case. Please know that we do have our facility sprayed weekly as we cannot control what comes in and out of the hotel from our many travelers. Additionally, each room should come equipped with USB ports on the alarm clock for your convenience. I will look into this room to see if for some reason it does not have them.Your comfort and satisfaction are our highest priorities, and we are committed to addressing the issues you mentioned.
