Horrible hotel would never stay again or recommend anyone to stay. Stains on pillows, no headboard on either beds, shower was covered with mold, horrible barn door with no way to lock, TV cabinet had holes in it plus old & dirty, fridge looked horrible outside, microwave started sparking and smoking when tried using, let front desk know just told to use outside microwave no one came to switch out broken microwave, not well kept, breakfast was a sad spread and worst experience at a Wingate. Should have read recent reviews before booking.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you had a bad experience. The new furniture will be installed soon. That includes the headboards. I am sorry that you reported the microwave issue when there was no way to replace it at that time. We were sold out so there was no way to get one at that time. I hope you will reconsider and give us another chance.

The television didn’t work and there was hair in the corner by the table and hair on the towels in the restroom.

Thank you for your feedback. Did you let the front desk know about your tv? It is almost always a simple fix. I will let the housekeepers know about the hair so it doesn't continue to happen. We hope you consider giving us another chance.

They have remodeled and it’s absolutely beautiful!! Rooms are clean love the barn door for the bathroom
Will definitely be where we stay every time . The front desk clerk was awesome done his job very well!

The hotel was clean and I appreciated daily housekeeping. The breakfast staff did not handle food with gloves when stocking the bakery items- gross.

Personnel at the front desk, complaining about other employees in front of us, they didn't even stop to to take care of us, the place is not clean and there was a dog barking until midnight. Not a good place to stay if you want to rest. Will never stay there again.

Thank you for taking the time to wright a review. I am sorry that you had issues with your stay. We hardly ever get complaints about the staff. I am sorry that there was a dog barking on the third floor. We cannot hear it from the front desk. Once we received a complaint around 11pm, we called the guest and had them come back to the hotel to take care of it. They were back within a half hour. If we knew there was a problem earlier, it would have been handled earlier. Please contact me to discuss this.
