House is in a subdivision , bad part of town,

Pros: This is a house, I liked that is was a few steps from my car to the house. We used it to make our food for a wedding that we catered on Saturday .
Cons: Clean the carpets and cut the grass, trim the bushes
Location: A few blocks from the main strip, everything available
Drove thru an undisirable neighborhood, unkept lawns, trash . This house the lawn and bushes were not kept up. The inside furniture was comfortable, but the carpet was very dirty and stained. The smoke alarm kept going off when we would use the broiler on the oven. No dishwasher. Not enough lights in the bedrooms, one had a desk light, one had no light, only a closet light. Updated bathroom.

Thank you for your comments. The house is not in the best area, but is not bad for the price you paid.
